OFFICE NOTE 19.10.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This Application is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking relaxation of the condition imposed upon them by reducing the surety amount from Rs.50,000/-with two sureties for the like sum each to any amount this Court deem fit, imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8542 of 2022 by order dated 28.09.2022 while granting bail to them, in connection with Crime No.148 of 2022 on the file of Nacharam Police Station, Ranga Reddy District for the offence under Section 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(II)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the bail was granted on 28.09.202, the petitioners are languishing in jail and they have no resources to give the surety amount, in the said circumstances, learned counsel seeks reduction of the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to any amount this Court deem fit.

OFFICE NOTE In the said circumstances, for the reason of the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 are languishing in jail, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each among which one is local surety and the other is native surety. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

With this modification, I.A. is ordered.
