THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.558 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.235 of 2017 on the file of III Additional District Court-cum-Family Court, Warangal, and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli, Karimnagar District. 2.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in F.C.O.P.No.235 of 2017 on each and every date of adjournment before III Additional District Court-cum-Family Court, Warangal.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner in F.C.O.P.No.235 of 2017 on the file of III Additional District Court-cum-Family Court, Warangal, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, the petitioner shall attend before III Additional District Court-cumFamily Court, Warangal, as and when her presence is so required. 5.

With the above observation, transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
