HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28899 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the construction activities of the petitioner house over the land in Sy.Nos.203/L, 203/K and 203/K/1 situated at Cherial Village and Mandal, Siddipet District (Old Warangal District) is illegal, arbitrary, null and void and contrary to the construction permission sanctioned in Rc.No.19/GPP/2018 dated 08.06.2018 and violation of the provisions of Telangana Municipalities Act, and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the construction activities of the petitioner over his plot stated supra."

Learned Standing counsel, on instructions, informs the Court that the 2nd respondent - Municipality is not interfering with the construction activities of the petitioner over the land in Sy.Nos.203/L, 203/K and 203/K/1 situated at Cherial Village and Mandal, Siddipet District.

Taking into consideration the above said submission of the learned Standing counsel, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 21.01.2020.
