THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38376 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction in disposing of representation dated 04-10-2016 and removing encroachments to protect grazing land in an extent of Ac.13-90 cents of Kandagunta Vilalge, Balayapalli Mandal, S.P.S.R.Nellore District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6, after perusing the grievance canvassed in the representation dated 04-10-2016, makes a statement that the respondents are under obligation to protect grazing land poramboke and orders will be passed in this behalf in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents 3 to 6 to dispose of representation, dated 04-10-2016 and take steps required for removing encroachments in accordance with law, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit representation dated 04-10-2016 to respondents 3 to 6 alongwith a copy of this order within one week from today, for timely decision in this behalf. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
