THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25418 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred an appeal on 26.06.2018 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.14.06.2018 passed by 3rd respondent but the 2nd respondent is not deciding the said appeal or the stay application filed therein.

The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to either decide the appeal or the stay application filed therein within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
