There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in short listing/ selecting the students who got equal Grade Point Average as the petitioner and not selecting the petitioner as illegal and is violative of Articles 14 am 15 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to select and admit the petitioner into 1st year of 6 year B.Tech. Degree Course in 1st respondent University constituent institutes at Nuzivid, Basar or Idupulapaya commencing from the academic year, 2013-14 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

From the perusal of the prayer seeking admission of the petitioner into First Year of 6 Years B.Tech. Course in the first respondent University Constituent Institutes at Nuzivid, Basar or Idupulapaya commencing from the academic year, 2013-14 is time barred since the Academic Year 2013-14 is over long back. 4.

Under these circumstances, this court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. 5.
