HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19886 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in deploying the petitioner to Operation Depot as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to law, contrary to circulars issued from time to time and violation of service Regulations.

This Court granted interim orders on 19-09-2003 to maintain status quo as on that day.

Advocate for writ petitioner submitted that in view of interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
