Allenki Rajesh, v. The State Of Telangana Represented By Its Principal
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 5690 OF 2017 ORDER:
Admittedly, the petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. Since it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is threat of eviction, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained for a period of two (2) weeks. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
