This is the second Criminal Petition filed under Section 438 of Cr. P.C. by petitioners/Accused Nos. I to 3 seeking anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with F.I.R.No.248 of 2023 on the file of Dubbak Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148,448,427 and 436 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record 3.

On perusal of the material placed before this Court, this Court by Order dated 12.10.2023 in Criminal Petition No.10073 of 2023 has dismissed the prayer of the petitioners herein. Since there are unchanged circumstances, this Court does not find favour with the argument of learned counsel for the petitioners for grant of anticipator.y bail.
