THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10517 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 439 (1) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking to relax/modify the bail conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.440 of 2023 in Crime No.666 of 2022, on the file of Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The petitioner was granted bail on 21.07.2023 by the learned Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District imposing condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Malkajgiri Police Station on every Monday between 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for a period of six months or till filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is appearing before the SHO as directed by the Court for the past three months and seeks to relax the condition.

In view of the said submission, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition and petitioner is directed to appear as and when required.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
