HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.8517 of 2022 O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 & 2 in Crime No.115 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Mangapet Police Station, Mulugu District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 306 r/w 34 IPC. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondentState. Perused the record. 3.
The petitioners alleged to have harassed the deceased, who is the first petitioner's daughter-in-law in the absence of her husband by abusing her in filthy language. Due to such conduct and unbearable torture, the deceased was mentally disturbed and vexed with her life committed suicide on 30.08.2022 by hanging in her bed room.

As seen from the allegations in the complaint and also remand report of the petitioners, there are no specific instances of harassment except picking up quarrel with deceased on issues which occur on a daily basis in family. However, the petitioners
are in jail since 05.09.2022 and seven witnesses have already been examined, for the said reasons the petitioners can be granted relief of regular bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 are granted bail subject to the following conditions:
i) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned Principle Junior Civil Judge cum Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mulugu.
ii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 AM and 01.00 PM for a period of eight weeks or until filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier.
iii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 &2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
