The court made the following : [order follows] WRIT PETITION NO. 34275 OF 2014 O R D E R :

Heard Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings and Sri S.S.Verma, learned Standing Counsel for National Highways Authority of India.

2. The subject matter of the writ petition is survey No. 206 of Thondupally village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy district.

3. The petitioner prays for mandamus, declaring the action of respondents in proposing to lay road through subject matter of the writ petition without acquiring the same or following the procedure as illegal and unconstitutional.

4. The third respondent/National Highways Authority has filed reply.

5. By way of reply, it is stated that construction of service

road was stalled at the petitioner's land and will be taken up by duly following procedure by the National Highways Authority of India.

6. From the stand/reply of third respondent, it is clear that in the event of a service road being laid through survey No. 206 of Thondupally village, the acquisition will be in accordance with law.

7. The stand of the third respondent is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

8. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
