ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed praying for a declaration on the action of the respondent in not considering the case of the petitioner for conversion from the post of Junior Assistant (P) to the post of Junior Assistant (F) by way of modification order.

At the time of admission, this Court by order dated 21.4.2010 in WPMP No. 3367 of 2010 directed the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for conversion. Pursuant to the said directions, the request of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings No.E1/785 (2)/10-HZ dated 15.6.2010. In view of the rejection of the request of the petitioner, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
