Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by Sri S.D.Goud, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Corporation that as of now, there is no proposal for establishment of burial ground as stated by the petitioner and that if any private property is required for public purpose, the authorities will follow due process of law.
Recording the same, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
