ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in declaring respondent No.3 as a successful bidder for the contract of Sanitary (toilets) maintenance at Pandit Nehru Bus Station at Vijayawada, in tender process held on 08.02.2012 in pursuance to the tender Notification No.P3/797(2)/12-RM/KR, dated 23.01.2012, is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the terms and conditions issued by respondent Nos.1 and 2 and consequently direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to re-scrutinise the tender applications and declare the successful bidder as per the terms and conditions in tender Notification No.P3/797(2)/12-RM/KR, dated 23.01.2012 and declare the petitioner as a successful bidder."

At the hearing, it is represented by Ms.V.Baby Rani, learned counsel, representing Sri Bethi Venkateshwarlu, learned counsel for

the petitioner, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.8090 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 25th June, 2015 VGB
