This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 12-08-2013, in WP.No.23540 of 2013, by the respondent.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) placed before the Court the proceeding bearing Rc.No.B/4727/2013, dated 25-

02-2015, of the respondent whereby he has allowed the petitioner's application for mutation of his name in the revenue record and also for issue of pattadar pass book and title deed. He has also enclosed copies of the revenue record, wherein the petitioner's name has been entered in respect of the subject land, and the pattadar pass book.

As the respondent has complied with the direction of this Court by issuing the abovementioned proceeding and correcting the revenue record in favour of the petitioner, this Contempt Case is closed.
