The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision with liberty to avail the remedies available under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed. Registry is directed to return the original documents under proper acknowledgment enabling the petitioner to pursue the remedies available under law.
