THE HON'BLE SMT. LALITHA KANNEGANTI CONTEMPT CASE No. 1622 OF 2022 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for flouting the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 20972 of 2022, dated 25.04.2022.

This Court by order dated 25.04.2022 had directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2022 and to take action within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Jalli Narender submits that in spite of the said order passed by this Court, no action has been taken. 3.

A counter-affidavit has been filed by the respondent stating that compound wall was constructed after obtaining permission from the gram panchayat and there are civil disputes pending between the parties. The respondent has passed the order dated 30.12.2022 and communicated the same to the parties. It is stated that there is delay in implementing the orders of the Court due to administrative reasons. 4.

In response to that, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has not filed any

document to show that the unofficial respondent in the Writ Petition has permission from the gram panchayat. As a formality, they have disposed of the representation of the petitioner.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed a speaking order dated 30.12.2022. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is always at liberty to question the said order.

In that view of the matter, as the order of this Court dated 25.04.2022 is complied with, the Contempt Case is closed.

The Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand automatically closed.
