Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the order dated 03.03.2012 passed by the fourth respondent in File No. J/5623/2008 (old) and File No.J/3384/2009 (New) as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

The material on record would show that questioning the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent, the petitioner herein preferred an appeal before the Joint Collector vide Appeal No.F1/17285/15. Though the appeal is pending consideration, the present writ petition is filed challenging the orders passed by the fourth respondent. Hence, the question of entertaining the present writ petition on merits would not arise, in view of the pendency of the appeal filed against the order of the fourth respondent.

Having regard to the circumstances stated above, I see no grounds to entertain the present writ petition. However, the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy, is advised to

dispose of the Appeal No.f1/17285/15, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in accordance with law. The petitioner, if so, advised can make an application seeking interim orders before the Joint Collector, if not already made, in which event the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
