THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION (TR).No.243 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition (TR) is filed for the following relief: "... to direct the respondents to release the order of the applicant as Gr.II Language Pandit (Hindi) as per his merit and rank in B.C. (E) community as per the schedule of counselling held on 27.12.2012 in DSC-2012 with all consequential benefits by holding the action of the respondents in withholding the appointment order of the applicant without any valid reasons though no direct claim is against the applicant made by any individual and while appointment similarly placed persons and less meritorious of same DSC2012 which is illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unjust and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Services produced the proceedings in RC.No.703/E7/2011, dated 07.11.2013, whereunder the petitioner was appointed as Language Pandit (Hindi) (Telugu Medium) and the said proceedings are marked as 'Annexure X'. 3.

As noted from the prayer extracted above, the petitioner was aggrieved by not appointing him and sought for direction to release the order of appointment.

Since the petitioner is already appointed as Language Pandit (Hindi) (Telugu Medium), the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. 5.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition (TR) is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
