The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.250 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was dismissed as withdrawn, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
