This Contempt Case has been frled by the petitioner for the \ I I willful and deliberate disobedience in implementing the orders of this Court in W.P.No.4O939 of 2022, dated 09.11.2022 by the respondent(s).

Today when the matter carne up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent(s) submits that speaking orders dated 24.10 .2023 are passed replying to the representation of the petitioner dated 13.O2.2023 and letter dated 29.O8.2023 requesting to provide Compassionate Emplo-vment in view of this Court's Order dated 09.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.40939 of 2022. 3.
On the otherhand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they would take appropriate steps in challenging the speaking orders dated 24.1O.2O23 4.
Recording the same, since the respondents have already disposed of the representation of the petitioner, n() further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There is no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
