This contempt case is filed alleging violation of interim orders passed by the A.P.Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.735 of 2013. 2.

Learned Government Pleader submits that aggrieved by the ex parte interim order passed by the Tribunal, vacate petition was filed and the said petition is pending for consideration. 3.

Today, the main writ petition itself is heard and writ petition is dismissed. Having regard to the same, it cannot be said that there was deliberate and willful violation of directions issued by the Tribunal warranting initiation of the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act. Contempt Case (TR) is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
