Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for respondents. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, they submitted a representation on 20.06.2018 to the respondent No.2 to 4, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners to direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to verify the said representations and take appropriation action, strictly in accordance with law.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to verify the representation, dated 20.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
