Heard.

A reading of the writ affidavit shows that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and third parties. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submits that the subject land is a private land and the respondent authorities are not interfering with the subject land.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is closed. However, since it appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and third parties, they shall work out their remedies. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
