This Criminal Revision Case is filed to Stay the execution of the Order passed by the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in M.P.No.1597 of 2008 in M.C.No.326 of 2008 dated 09.02.2010.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that the present Criminal Revision Case is filed against Order dated 09.02.2010 in M.P.No.1597 of 2008 in M.C.No.326 of 2008. During the pendency of the Revision Case, in the year 2007 M.C.No.326 of 2008 in which M.P.No.1597 of 2008 was filed, is disposed of. As the main case was disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication and it became infructuous.

Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
