Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt K. Udaya Sri, learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
2. When the writ petition is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners herein, that the petitioners herein for redressal of their grievance may be permitted to make representation before the respondent-authorities and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents by fixing time frame.
3. The said request is not opposed by the learned standing counsel for the respondents and submits that if the petitioners make representation, the same would be considered and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law.
4. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioners herein to make a representation before the respondent-authorities for redressal of their grievance within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and if any, such request is made within the time stipulated, the same may be considered and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
