No.1 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner to modify condition No.1 in the order dated 17.10.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.12050 of 2024 by permitting the petitioner to surrender before the court of XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendra Nagar, R.R. District, and I.A. No.2 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time for a further period of four (4) weeks for surrender.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 17.10.2024 with a condition to surrender before the SHO of PS Attapur, within two (02) weeks from the date of the order and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner was apprehending harassment and involvement in more criminal cases, as the petitioner had obtained bail in a series of FIRs

registered against him in a span of just few days under the instructions of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Narsingi. There was every possibility that a new FIR would be opened against him and he would be sent to remand, if he surrenders before the police, as such, prayed to modify condition No.1 of the order dated 17.10.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.12050 of 2024.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reported no objection to modify the condition permitting him to surrender before the concerned Court.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, it is considered fit to modify condition No.1 in Crl.P.No.12050 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 permitting the petitioner to surrender before the learned XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendra Nagar, Rangareddy District instead of before the SHO of PS Attapur, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on the same amount of sureties. The other conditions as directed by this Court would remain in force.

Accordingly, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2024 are ordered. __________ Dr.GRR, J DSV
