HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.25536 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Karanam Ramesh for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or writ especially one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of Respondents in updating the Record of Rights relating to land in Sy.No.124 to an extent of Ac.2-04 cts situated at Kamarupally Village, Ananthapuram Mandal and District as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to update the Record of Rights in respect of Petitioner's land in Sy.No.124 to an extent of Ac.2-04 cts vide Khata No 327 and pass......" The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, informs the Court that the 4th respondent will send reply to the representation dated 29.01.2018 made by petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted.

The petitioner, if has grievance against the reply received, the petitioner is given liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India or appropriate legal remedies.

The writ petition, is accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
