HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5237 of 2015 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 4 were acquitted by the court concerned on 22.11.2018. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police concerned.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
