HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 10898 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the Writ Petition against the 2nd respondent was dismissed for default, vide orders dated 29-12-2010 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to ensure that the Writ Petition against the 2nd respondent, is restored. The petitioner is challenging the orders passed in I.D.No.15 of 2000, dated 16.11.2002 by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, in favour of the 2nd respondent. In the absence of 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition cannot be adjudicated on merits. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
