This writ petition is filed seeking for payment of compensation in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.1.04 guntas in Sy.No.144 of Gudibanda Village, Kodad Mandal, Nalgonda District, as the said land was effected for the purpose of laying public road through the land of the petitioner from Gudibanda to Kapugallu in the year 1971.

In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondents, it is stated that the petitioner initially approached the revenue authorities in the year 1996 and till then there was no demand from the petitioner seeking for payment of compensation. Further, it is stated that the petitioner was provided with an alternative land in the year 1995 in an extent of Ac.1.30 guntas in Sy.No.120 of Bancharai situated in Gudibanda Village and also an extent of Ac.0.30 guntas of ceiling surplus land in Sy.No.100 situated at Gudibanda Village.

In view of the same, it is abundantly clear that the petitioner has not approached this court with clean hands. Hence, this writ petition is devoid of merit, suppression of facts and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
