No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (AP) would submit that petitioner was arrested on 15.05.2017 and remanded to judicial custody by the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Cuddapah. He has also submitted copy of the remand report along with the instructions sent to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, I Town Police Station, Kadapa. In such an event, the present petition renders infructuous and accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail rights as available to him in law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
