The present Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience to the order passed by this court in w.P.N0,23690 of 2021, dt.15.11.2021. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submit that pursuant to the order of this court dt.15.11.2021, the petitioner had made an application and the same was considered and disposed of by the respondents-on 03,t2.2021, whereby the request of the petitioner for releasing the power supply to the residential house bearing No.1-6-2t21107/65/49 situated at Gangaputra Colony, Ramnagar, Musheerabad, Hyderabad, stands rejected' 3.

since this court had directed respondents 2 and 3 to receive the application and process the same strictly as per law and the respondents having received the application and passed the order thereon, on 03.12.2021, there is sufficient compliance of the order of this Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said rejection order, it is open for him to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, but that, by itself, would not confer any right on the petitioner to initiate contempt proceedings.

Granting liberty, as noted above, the Contempt Case is closed' 5.
