This criminal petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings in Crime No.145 of 2013 of Gadwal Town Police Station, Mahaoobnagar District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Ms.V.Jayasree, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent; learned Public Prosecutor; and with their consent, the criminal petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The petitioner/ accused and the 1st respondent/ complainant filed compromise petition viz., Crl.P.M.P.No.1073 of 2017 stating that they have entered into compromise in the subject Crime and the complainant agreed to drop the further proceedings against the accused.

The parties are present in the Court and report that they have compromised the matter. The complainant reports that he has no objection to allow this petition by recording compromise. 5.

Recording the compromise, Crl.P.M.P.No.1073 of 2017 and the Criminal Petition are allowed. The proceedings in Crime No.145 of 2013 of Gadwal Town Police Station, Mahaoobnagar District, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
