Heard Mr.Md.Saleem learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interim order dated 10.09.2009, the grievance of petitioner is substantially redressed. He requests the Court to make the interim order as final order and dispose of the writ petition. Learned Government Pleader submits that he has no objection for disposing of the writ petition by making the interim order as final order.
The submissions of learned counsel appearing for the parties are placed on record.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by making the interim order as final order. The respondents are given liberty to take such other or further action as deemed fit in accordance with law against the order, if any, if the circumstances so warrant. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
