At the hearing, Mr.V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing this writ petition, the alleged detenu has been formally arrested and sent for judicial remand, and hence, he requested for permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner.
