HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.3599 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner was retired from service as Driver. Grievance of the petitioner is that he has contributed extra amount towards Employees Pension Scheme, 1995 and, therefore, on retirement, he is entitled to higher monthly pension than what is paid. Petitioner submitted a representation on 07.10.2015 claiming higher pensionary benefits and the same is so far not acted upon. 2.

Since claim is placed before the authority and the same is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner submitted on 07.10.2015 and pass appropriate reasoned order thereon as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
