CVNR,J&GSP,J W.A.No.988 of 2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Gudiseva Shyam Prasad) This writ appeal is filed against order dated 05.07.2018 in W.P.No.27704 of 2016, whereby the learned Single Judge has confirmed the Award dated 02.06.2016 in I.D.No.13 of 2015 on the file of respondent No.5.

During the hearing of the case, Mr.Penjuri Venugopal, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that his client would be satisfied if the compensation amount awarded by the Labour Court and confirmed by the learned Single Judge, is reduced to Rs.2,50,000/. Mr.G.Allabaksh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 agreed for this proposal.

In the light of the agreement reached between the learned counsel for the parties, the writ appeal is disposed of without going into the merits of the case, by modifying the Award dated 02.06.2016 in I.D.No.13 of 2015 on the file of respondent No.5, by reducing the compensation from Rs.3,00,000/- to Rs.2,50,000/-. 4.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ appeal, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is disposed of as infructuous.
