The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the third respondent in registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.07.2019 and investigate there into and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 06.01.2020, a copy of which along with a copy of notice dated 03.01.2020 issued by the Inspector of Police, Golkonda Police Station, Hyderabad is placed on record, submits that after receipt of the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.07.2019 a GD entry was made and online petition entry vide HYD/GOL_HYD/010819/00614 has been assigned and preliminary enquiry was done. It is further submitted that since the offence alleged in the complaint is purely of civil in nature, a communication through SMS was sent to the petitioner's mobile No.9182299373 on 10.10.2019 and thereafter the petitioner was also informed by way of notice dated 03.01.2020 which was duly received by the petitioner on 04.01.2020 .

Having regard to the submissions made and since a communication through SMS was sent to the petitioner's mobile on 10.10.2019 and thereafter by way of notice dated 03.01.2020 informing the petitioner that the alleged offence complained in the complaint is purely of civil in nature, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition except observing
that it is open for the petitioner to approach proper forum to avail appropriate remedies, in accordance with law. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
