HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.8743 of 2006 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that in pursuance to the orders passed in LCID No.138 of 2003, dated 29.12.2004, the petitioners have appointed the 2nd respondent-workman as a fresh Badli Worker, and this Court has also not passed any interim orders staying the operation of the Award. In view of the said submission, this Court is of the considered view that since the Award passed by the Labour Court has already been complied with by the petitioner, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
