Sri B.Venkata Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, in view of the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.11069 of 2009 dated 17.08.2016, the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
