This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 to 7 in interfering with the civil matters of the petitioners inspite of existence of Status quo order passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopeta in IA.No.355/2017 in OS.No.155/2017.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the respondent police are not interfering with the civil 0matters. All the allegations made by the petitioner in the writ affidavit were also denied. Learned counsel appearing for the 8th respondent submits that the 8th respondent filed civil suit and the same was decreed. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However this order will not preclude the respondent police from investigating the crime, if any. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
