HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.26741 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 14.06.2016 for regularization of the existing Fresh Water Aquaculture Fish Ponds in Sy.Nos.243/2, 3, 4; 243/11 and 13 in Mattugunta village of Krishna District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries.

3. At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Fisheries on instructions submitted that respondents No.2 and 3 are not obstructing the petitioners to carry out minor repair works in their existing fish tanks as per G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.2013.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
