THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.28550 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioners complain against the action of the respondents in not considering them for appointment as Contract Junior Lineman in the respondent organization as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. On 29.12.2009, this Court passed the following interim order: "Notice.

There shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the judgment of the Division Bench in W.A.No.1434/2008 and batch, dt.10.11.2009 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order."

4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 29.12.2009, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
