This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/respondent Nos.2 to 5 in D.V.C.No.36 of 2010 on the file of the court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, Cyberabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties have settled the matter out side the court. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this case.
