HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.28921 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in rejecting the permission to conduct million march on 28.12.2019 vide proceedings No.HC-1/6109/2019 dated 26.12.2019 with a consequential relief to direct the respondents to allow the peaceful possession at Peoples Plaza, Necklace road and pass such other order.

Heard Ms. A. Divya, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

It is seen from the impugned proceeding that the application seeking permission for conducting Million March has been made by one Mohammed Mushataq Mallik, Convenor, TS & AP Joint Action Committee, CAA & NRC, Hyderabad on 21.12.2019, in response to which, the respondent authorities have issued the impugned proceedings whereby the said request has been considered and rejected.

The present Writ Petition is filed by one Khaleel Ulha Hussaini Memorial Foundation, which it is claimed is supporting the cause raised by the said applicant who sought for conducting the said March. Since, the petitioner is not the applicant who has sought for permission and the impugned order having been passed on the application filed by the said person named above,

who has also approached this Court by way another Writ Petition, the present Writ Petition filed by the petitioner herein is without locus and is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
