This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.676 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mangalagiri.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The petitioners are alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120-B and 201 r/w 34 IPC. Considering the circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C. However, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when their appearance is specifically required by the trial Court. 4.
