THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8533 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.521 of 2011 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, wherein cognizance was taken for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC. 2.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that the impugned C.C.No.521 of 2011 ended in acquittal on 03.09.2014. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
