Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State of Telangana and perused the material on record.

As another Bench of this Court in Crl.P.No.6169 of 2018 by disposal order dated 10.07.2018, for not a case to grant anticipatory bail with a direction to approach the Court of Sessions, and for earlier dismissal of anticipatory bail by the Court of Sessions on 12.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.568 of 2018, since not a bar to surrender for regular bail, there is nothing to consider afresh the anticipatory bail application now sought for.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of rather than dismissal. The petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the Court below and move for regular bail.
